ZTEX Construction Inc. was involved in the Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta and the Outlet Shoppes at Louisville. Much success comes after the success of ZTEX’s work on the Outlet Shoppes at El Paso. Horizon Group Properties, based in Chicago, hired ZTEX as the civil consultant to help produce approximately 400,000 sq. feet of shopping mall space in Atlanta, and approximately 380,000 sq. feet of shopping mall space in Louisville. ZTEX‘s involvement includes but is not limited to value engineering, site balancing, and construction management.
