Montecillo Unit 10 Project

Montecillo Resort & Waterpark

Construction on The Resort at Montecillo has started. Once fully complete, it will include a Marriot-brand hotel, event center for a variety of functions, day club with three large restaurants and covered patios, a fitness facility, and a water park. Renderings for the water park (posted below) show waterslides, a splash pad, lazy river, and pool with a bar and private lounge areas in the mix.
