The Del Rey Estates project was a Design/Build residential subdivision containing approximately 200 lots and the construction of a new roadway which was a realignment of Del Rey Blvd. in Las Cruces, NM. Firms involved in the coordination of this project included the City of Las Cruces (Gas, sewer, environmental, engineering, etc.), State of New Mexico, Moongate Water (a private water company), United States Postal Service, and Zia Engineering. ZTEX Construction Inc. was under contract for all clear and grubbing, earthwork, asphalt paving, concrete parkway structures and site underground utilities.
