Eastlake Marketplace Ground Breaking Ceremony

River Oaks Properties and Cinemark Holdings Inc. held a groundbreaking ceremony Thursday October 10th to celebrate the start of construction on Eastlake Marketplace and a Cinemark Bistro Theatre , which will anchor the 250,000-square-foot Eastlake Marketplace at I-10 and Eastlake Boulevard. It will have 12 screens, XD auditorium, party room and reclining seats. ZTEX Construction, Inc. is proud to be part of this life changing project for the city of Horizon.
