As the civil subcontractor for Topgolf at Montecillo Unit 11, ZTEX performed clear & grub, cut-to-fill, sub-grading, base course, and asphalt and concrete paving.

ZTEX leaps and bounds above any site contractor I have worked with during my career. Their front-end
professionalism and knowledge is surpassed only by their operational expertise and schedule maintenance in the
field.
On our TopGolf project, they moved hundreds of thousands of yards of dirt in HALF the time our client
schedule projected, allowing us to utilize that float elsewhere, when it was desperately needed. Change orders
were always fair and reasonable, even when work needed to be completed prior to a negotiated price could be
settled on. That type of trust in their integrity ensured no delays were encountered.
Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had with any contractor. Would utilize them on anything and
everything we have in the area going forward.
