One of the first projects completed by ZTEX Construction Inc. was the Outlet Shoppes of El Paso. This contract was more than $5M and ZTEX performed 90% of the work as General Contractor for the civil construction portion. Since then, ZTEX has been involved in several of the largest projects in West Texas and Southern New Mexico.

Mr. Ortiz has 40+ years of experience in construction. He leads with vision & influence to set standards for ZTEX employees.
Joaquin Royo
Joaquin is self-motivated & dedicated to every aspect of ZTEX, whether it be Estimating, Surveying, or Project Management.
Genaro Roldan
Genaro started in surveying & estimating as an Engineer. He now has a Masters Degree in Construction Management.
